Provide dental hygiene services at the Coast Guard clinic located in Honolulu, HI to beneficiaries referred for treatment by Coast Guard dentists. Contractor will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor, normally not to exceed 7 hours per day, 28 hours per seek. The SIC code is 8021 and the small business size standard is $5 million average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
