Johnson, Contracting Officer, (202) 401-9358 The Adminstration for Children and Families, Administration on Developmental Disabilites requires services to provide technical assistance (TA) services to the University Affiliated Programs (UAPs). These services include (1) TA to new UAPs and new directors of UAPs, (2) TA in community-based core functions targeting full-inclusion and focusing on community based services for individuals with developmental disabilites, (3) TA for the preparation of on-site peer reviews and training for program staff that will be undergoing a site visit, and (4) TA to rexamine the UAP standards and implement the new program criteria through working groups. Pursuant to Public Law 103-230, this requirement is set-aside for public and non-profit private entities. The anticipated period of performance is 1 year with two 1-year options, if exercised.
