Architect-Engineer Services - Project is called Ruppert Ridge - Squaw Valley Cadastral Survey and is located within the Upper Lake Ranger District of the Mendocino National Forest and Lake County, CA. Ruppert Ridge Division requires approximately 6 miles of control survey, 5 corner maintenance, 6 corner monumentations, and 2.75 miles of property boundary marking and posting. The section to be subdivided is elongated to the north and west requiring specialized knowledge of the Public Land Survey System (PLSS). Squaw Valley Division requires dependent resurvey and subdividing sections 22 and 23, approximately 5 corner searches, 9 miles of control survey, 2 corner maintenances, 16 corner monumentations, 4-1/2 miles of property boundary marking and posting. Quadrangle map Lake Pillsbury covers the contract area. All work should be completed within 150 days of effective date of Notice to Proceed. Estimated start work date is approximately 26 June 1995.
