R -- MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION SERVICE SOL IFB 665-13-95 DUE 060195 POC Contact Point, Judith Trigger, (818)895-9352, Contracting Officer, Judith Trigger, (818)895-9352 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a requirement for Transcription Service for the VA Medical Center, 16111 Plummer St., Sepulveda, CA 91343. Contractor shall provide dictation for Radiology, Laboratory and Medical Administration Services. The Contractor must have compatible equipment with our Lanier Voicewriter System and be able to transmit into this medical center's computer system via telephone lines. Associated costs for compatible equipment and all telephone line charges are to be borne by the Contractor. Performance will be from July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996 with two (2) one-year options for the periods July 1, 1996 through June 30, 1997, and July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998. All requests for SOL must be in writing and directed to the Contracting Officer. No telephone requests will be accepted; however, FAX requests may be sent to (818) 895-9558.
