COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF APRIL 11, 1995 PSA#1322

SMALL BUSINESS FAIR Please respond by 21 April 1995 to Jill Boggs, telephone (513)429-6616. Aeronautical Systems Center's Small Business Office, in association with the National Contract Management Association, Dayton, OH Chapter, will host a one-day conference to discuss changes in federal government contracting resulting from acquisition streamlining reform that affect small and small disadvantaged businesses. Specific topics to be addressed include: (i) Impacts of FASA on Small Business, (ii) Multiple Task Order Contracts, (iii) Contractor Performance Assessment Reports and Its Impact on Small Business, (iv) Technology Transfer Opportunities, (v) Mentor Protege Program, (vi) Large Business Teaming with Small Business, (vii) SBIRs and STTRs, (viii) Electronic Commerce, and (ix) Defense Finance & Accounting - ``How to Get Paid''. Mr. Tony DeLuca, Air Force Director of Small Business, and Ms Donna Ireton of Advanced Systems Development, Inc. will be featured speakers. The fair will be held at the Hope Hotel and Conference Center located on Wright-Patterson AFB. Access to Hope Hotel can be gained through Gate 12A in Area A. Seating is limited to 150 people and will be on a ``first come'' basis. The conference registration fee, which includes conference materials, continental breakfast, lunch and break snacks, is $50. Payment must be submitted to ``Small Business Fair, SAIC, Inc., Attn: Jill Boggs, 1321 Research Park Drive, Dayton, OH 45432'' no later than 21 April 1995. If payment is not received by that date, your reservation will be given to the next person on the waiting list. Please enclose the name of each individual who will attend the seminar and ensure they have proper identification for arrival at Wright-Patterson AFB. Their names will be put on an access list and provided to the security guards at the entrances to the base.
