Eight (8) rooms are required with a refrigerator, suitable for double occupancy, to be reserved for VA USE ONLY for five (5) nights per week, beginning on Sunday of each week and ending on Thursday. Furnish one evening meal per patient, except on Federal Holidays when all three meals must be furnished, and provide transportation to and from the DVAMC and Lurleen B. Wallace Tumor Institute as required. Contractor must be within a ten block radius of the DVAMC, 700 So. 19th Street, Birmingham, AL. Period of contract is one year with two one-year options to renew.
