Y -- FUEL TRUCK FILL STAND FOR TANK 337, NAVAL AIR STATION, PATUXENT RIVER, MARYLAND SOL N62477-95-B-3011. POC Contract Specialist, Irene Hill, 301-826-3854, Procurement Technician, Jennifer Taylor. This project consists of the construction of a concrete fuel truck stand; new pavement; spill prevention measures and a fuel handling system for the loading of fuel trucks. The work includes, but not limited to sediment and erosion control measures, pavement demolition, construction of concrete slabs and pavement; containment basin with associated piping; bituminous concrete pavement; earth work and site drainage improvement; fuel piping and pump; exterior lighting and required electrical service, controls and meter. Due to statutory limitations this contract will not be awarded if the price exceeds the statutory limitation of $300,000.00 minus 10% for contingency and 6% for SIOH. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The IFB date is 24 April 1995. The only site visit is tentatively scheduled for 8 May 1995 at 10:00AM. Submit request in writing for receiving plans and specifications. There will be a $15.00 non-refundable fee for the plans and specification/IFB. Checks should be made payable to the Treasurer of the United States of America. Telephone requests will not be honored. Do not call for technical information.
