Construct a two level 4679 sq ft interpretive center with restrooms, elevator and residence downstairs, including on site sewage disposal system, utilities and site work. Construct complete water system from existing drilled well, including well house, pump, water disinfectio and treatment, 2000 gal concrete water storage reservoir and 2650 linear feet of 4'' dia water distribution pipe to Dukes Creek Discovery Center. Base contract includes construction of the Discovery Center using split ribbed concrete block, utilities and water system but excludes installation of the elevator and interior copletion of the downstairs residence. Add alternatives include construction of the Discovery Center using native stone work rather than block, installation of the elevator and completion of the downstairs.
