The work includes all labor and materials and supervision necessary to provide and secure repair to the freshwater system. This includes, but is not limited to the repair to the new one million gallon freshwater reservoir, variable drives, pumps, water distribution and system speed. The contract price is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. It is a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration period is 540 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Plans and specs and/or planholders list will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of Navy Plan Issue, Southwest Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, 1220 Pacific Highway, Building 132, San Diego, California 92132-5190, however may be obtained in person 9:30 am to 4:00 pm P.S.T., Monday through Friday, and closed Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays; or by mail by writing to the address of Navy Plan Issue stated above, until supply is exhausted.
