SOLICITATION NOTICE: Project is to remove existing atmospheric type natural gas train components, boiler trim, operational controls and safety devices in buildings 20, 36, 513 and 761 and replace with new water tube type boilers incorporating approved low NOX burners and third party testing requirements for compliance with Ventura County Air Pollution Control District. Work includes minor modifications to existing piping, flue stack, and electrical to accommodate new boiler systems and incidental related work. The Standard Industrial Code for this project is 1711; the small business size standard is $7.0 million. The estimated cost range of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000.
