The United States Postal Service is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for general improvements such as survey of property to provide additional parking, retaining wall, drives, site drainage and lighting. Work also includes painting, new ramps, lighting fixtures, refinishing of the workroom floor and rehabilitating existing wood windows at the Monongahela, Pennsylvania Post Office. Cost is estimated between $75,000 and $175,000 and construction time is 180 days. A preproposal conference is scheduled for April 25, 1995 at 10:00 AM at the Post Office. Award will be based on proposal considered most advantageous to the United States Postal Service.
