Services are to be performed at the New Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This will be a cost- plus-award-fee type contract. The period of performance will be from 1996 February 01 through 1996 September 30, with two one year options. A phase-in period of 60 days is included. The solicitation will be issued on or about 1995 May 19. Offers will be due on or about 1995 July 07. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing to include name, address, telephone and fax number, size of business, and the solicitation number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for copies of the solicitation should be received no later than 15 days from the date this notice is published. This procurement has subcontracting capabilities. The award of this acquisition is subject to the availability of funds. A fee may be assessed for a copy of the proposal.
