The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and all other essentials necessary for the removal and disposal of thermal insulation at miscellaneous German schools, Fort Bliss, Texas. Period of performance is from 5 July 1995 through 9 August 1995. Contractor must have personnel trained and qualified in the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response ACt (AHERA) of 1986 and be knowledgeable of Federal, State and Local Regulations. The contractor should also have successfully completed a similar type project within the last three years in a satisfactory manner without having received any violations in the performance of contract requirements.
