The work is to be performed for The Pennsylvania Air National Guard, 111th Fighter Group, located at Willow Grove Air Reserve Station, Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, providing all plant, materials, tools, labor, and transportation necessary to repair an aircraft parking ramp. The project consists of concrete repairs for approximately 5400 square foot such as replacing shattered slabs, cleaning, replacing patches, and performing partial depth patches due to delamination and spalling. It also consists of sealing cracking and joints for approximately 47,000 linear foot. The estimated construction cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The projected BOD is 24 May 95. This project is advertised as unrestricted, therfore this notice encourages requests from both large and small business size, the business size standard is $17 million. The solicitation number and CBD issue shall accompany the written request for the issuance of ONLY one (1) solicitation copy. With each solicitation request, each firm must incldue their ``Federal Tax Identification Number'' and corporate status as defined by one of the following: a) corporation that medical or health care services, or engaged in billing or payment collection for those services, b) other corporate entity, c) a sole proprietorship, d) partnership, e) nonprofit entity that is exempt from taxation under 26 CFT 501(a).
