The requirements are over a five year period. Any resultant contract award will be issued as a five year Requirements Contract with 2 base years and 3 option years. All material required for the repair process must be provided by the contractor (CFM). Drawings are not available. Due tothe nonavailability of drawings, competition will be restricted to currently approved sources: Sikorsky Aircraft, SPAR Aerospace, Agusta Aerospace and Westland Inc. Other interested companies are encouraged, in accordance with the 6 March 1995 Potential Sources Sought announcement, to request copies of Source Approval Requests from ASO(code 0534, 215-697-1234). Companies currently seeking source approval are also encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation for information purposes and potential proposal submission. Please Note: if evaluation of a submitted source approval request can not be processed in time to obtain needed repairs in accordance with the governemnt requirements, an award based on this solicitation may proceed based on Naval fleet support needs., See Note 22 (0100)
