This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a MARKET SURVEY to identify sources for a RADAR DATA PROCESSOR, NSN 5841-01-375-4450, P/N: 8055730-0101, applicable to the APS133/(V), C-17 Aircraft only. This Radar Data Processor is rectangular or square shape, measures 12.52 X 7.64 X 10.12 inches and weighs approximately 37 pounds. It has an automatic operating control method with a remote control type and is electrostatic discharge sensitive. It's function is to provide a functional interface between an onboard dual weather radar subsystem in the aircraft's mission computers. A solicitation does not exist at this time. This survey is for information purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. WR-ALC does anticipate a requirement for this NSN. Potential sources interested in participating in this survey must provide a written response that includes Company Name, Address, Cage Code, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Size of Company, Statement of Domestic of Foreign Ownership, and a copy of your DD Form 2345 - Military Critical Technical Data Agreement.
