Robb (410) 278-2024 (Site Code DAAD05) U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement to purchase the following system on a brand name or equal basis from Holometrix, Bedford, MA 01730-3300: Comparative Thermal Conductivity Measuring System, model COM-800, 1 each; Thermal Conductivity Liquid Test Cell, 1 each; Pyrex Bell Jar and L-Gasket, 1 each; and a Data Acquisition System including AST 486DX/66 Mhz, 1 each. The instrument shall be capable of conducting thermal conductivity tests according to test method ASTM E1225 over the indicated temperature ranges. It shall consist of three subsystems: a test section, a control section and a PC automation system. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency.
