IHD, NSWC is seeking sources for the manufacture or distribution of 2-Nitrodiphenylamine (2-NDPA) meeting MIL-N-3399B in annual quanitities of 50,000 to 60,000 lbs per year for an indefinite number of years. Purified 2-NDPA shall meet the following specification: Solidification Point: 73.0 C min; Purity: 97.5% min.; Volatile Matter: 0.6% max.; Material Insoluble in 95% Ethanol: 0.2% max.; Ash: 0.1% max.; pH 5.0 - 7.0; Acidity 0.003% max.
