Contractor shall furnish a service to provide and maintain spill response material to various locations. The spill response material provided would remain the property of the servicing company therefore indemnifying the South Carolina National Guard of the liability of disposal of used/contaminated materials. The absorbent component of the spill response material will be 100 percent polypropylene or an equivalent absorbent material to be used to recover spilled petroleum products during refueling operations. The period of performance is 1 June 1995 - 30 May 1996, with option to renew each year for four years. All requests for RFP DAHA38-95-R-0002 must be in writing and may be faxed to the following number, 803/748-1540. Solicitation will be issued on or about 17 April 1995.
