The services consist of safety analysis of weapons and related systems including preliminary hazard analysis, system hazards analysis, fault tree analysis, failure analysis, operating and support analysis, etc. Technical expertise is required in the development of system safety program plans, identification of analysis and test requirements and overall management of system safety programs. The Contract Technical Manager shall be able to attend meetings during normal working hours at either Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA or Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, VA within four (4) hours of a verbal request.
