The Marine Unit of the New Field Office of the United States Park Police is seeking a contractor to repair and rebuild two each 8-V71 Detroit Diesel Engines and two each Alison transmissions gears. A repair of cracked head on one engine is also required. These engines and transmissions are on a 1974 Betrum vessel, which is 38 feet long. Due to the nature of the operations, the Park Police require that the warranty include twenty-four hour service anywhere in the United States. (100)
