O'Sullivan, (215)897-5427 The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to procure through full and open competition Emergency Room (ER) and Primary Care Clinic (PCC) Services. The contractor will be required to establish, operate and manage the ER and PCC at the Naval Hospital in Millington, TN. The performance period will consist of a seven (7) month base period, four (4), twelve (12) option periods and a five (5) month option period, for a total of 60 months. A firm-fixed price service contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the FISC. Copies of the solicitation should be requested within 15 days of this synopsis and should reference solicitation number N00140-95-R-1971. The soliciation is expected to be issued by May 1,1995.
