Anticipated release of the RFP is in May 1995. A cover letter to the RFP will provide specific due dates for proposals. It is expected that the RFP will include a two year base period with three (3) one-year options and the potential of up to six (6) additional months. The effort will require approximately 272,000 Direct Productive Labor Hours (DPLH) per year. The objectives of this effort will include training support to EM in various areas, training needs assessments, development and implementation of training programs, training program evaluations, assistance in the administration of existing DOE training programs, development of presentation materials for issue-specific EM seminars/workshops, and development and implementation of EM media library services. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this RFP is 8741 with a size standard of $5.0 million.
