PRE-QUALIFICATION SUBCONTRACTOR PROGRAM FOR SMALL BUSINESS, MINORITY AND WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESSES MK-Ferguson of Oak Ridge Company, a Prime Contractor for the Department of Energy (DOE), Oak Ridge, TN, is establishing a Pre-Qualification Subcontractor Program for Small Business, Minority and Women-Owned Businesses to perform construction work at DOE sites in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Portsmouth, Ohio and Paducah, Kentucky.
