The AMC Contract Airlift Division intends to lease a twin engine, light lift helicopter, Bell 212 or 412 for training services. The contractor shall provide the helicopter, a helicopter mechanic, and all support equipment, tools, materials, helicopter parts, supervision and other items necessary to ensure Government pilots and maintenance personnel maintain currency and instructor certification at Hurlburg Field, Florida. The contractor will be required to obtain a Facility Security Clearance followed by a secret clearance for their helicopter mechanic. The period of performance is 1 September 1995 through 30 September 1995 with one (1), one-year, option and one (1) four-month option.
