W -- LEASE OF VOICE MAIL CAPACITY FOR U.S. ARMY WAR COLLEGE, HQ, CARLISLE BARRACKS PENNSYLVANIA Sol DABT43-95-R-0012. Due 060595. Contact 717/245-4631, Contracting Officer, Richard A. Myers. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, peripheral equipment and other services as required to install and maintain a voice mail system at Carlisle Barracks. The system should be capable of full SMDI integration with the existing Army owned Northern Telecom SL-100 (BCS 35) telephone system. The system should be capable of providing 1000 mail boxes and networking with other installations' (including OCONUS) telephone systems via ISDN. Contract type shall be a five-year, fixed price, lease with cancellation provisions. A two hour response time is required for repairs. A site visit will be held on or about May 23, 1995. Contract award shall be made on a best value basis. This procurement is unrestricted. Telephone requests for solicitation packages shall not be honored. (100)
