The work involves two projects located on (1) TAMC - construct a new 4,000 square feet adminstration office/workshop facility. The building shall be CMU construction, single story with mezzanine. (2) Fort Shafter - construct a new 5,000 square feet office/workshop facility. The building shall be a pre-engineered structure. Beneficial Occupancy Date (BOD) for the Hospital Support Department project is January 23, 1996 and liquidated damages will be assessed if this date is not met. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $1 Million and $5 Million. Solicitation to be issued O/A April 17, 1995.
