Project contains five optional bid items, ''A'' to caulk all vertical joints between windows, on all floors, of both North and South elevations of Building 1208 East, optional bid item ''B'' to replace existing trench covers with new, located in the basement floor of 1208 East, optional bid item ''C'' to repair construction joints and cracks in the concrete basement exterior walls to prevent water infiltration, optional bid item ''D'' to regrade the exterior of Bldg 1208 East, and optional bid ''E'' to provide and install occupancy sensor, power packs and SLAVE packs, for lighting control. Project also contains a unit price bid item, to replace deteriorated roof insulation to match existing roof insulation. The work includes removal of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, (EPDM) roof membrane, to replace deteriorated roof insulation; and reinstallation of (EPDM) roof membrane, after new installation is installed.
