All modules must physically and electrically fit and operate within a Square D SY/MAX Class 8030 Type RRK-100, RRK-200 or RRK-300 register rack assembly--No modifications to the racks and/or modules will be allowed and 2. All modules must be capable of interfacing with a Square D SY/MAX Class 8020 Model 650 processor through the operating software Square D SY/MAX SFW-374 or newer version with no additional program modifications -- Item 1, 8-Channel Thermocouple input Module T T/C (minus 200oF to 600oF) Square D Part Number RIM-126, Quantity 21 each, Must have the capability of inputting eight channels of analog signals, thermocouple type T, to any SY/MAX Class 8020 Model 650 processor with no modifications of any kind -- Item 2, Register Rack Assembly 18 slot Square D Part Number Class 8030 RRK-300, Must have the capability of accepting up to eighteen Square D Class 8020 input or output modules and controlled by any SY/MAX Class 8020 model 650 processor with no modifications of any kind, Quantity 2 each -- Item 3, Power Supply for item 2 above, Square D Part Number Class 8030 PS-31, Must have the capability of supplying the proper voltage and current required for proper operation of any SY/MAX Class 8030 model RRK-100,200 or 300 with no modifications of any kind, Unit must be design to physically mount in environment with above mentioned RRK racks -- Item 4, Power Supply Cable for item 3, above Square D Part Number Class 8030 CC20, Cable must match all wiring and connector requirements for the Square D Class 8030 PS-31 power supplies, Quantity 2 each -- Item 5, 16-Channel Digital Output Card, Square D Part Number ROM-221, Must have the capability of generating sixteen channels of digital output signals (120VAC) which are controlled by any SY/MAX Class 8020 model 650 processor with no modifications of any kind, Quantity 7 each -- Item 6, 16-Channel Digital Input Card, Square D Part Number RIM-101, Must have the capability of inputting sixteen channels of digital input signals which are controlled by any SY/MAX Class 8020 model 650 processor with no modifications of any kind, Quantity 12 Each -- NASA/MSFC intends to purchase from certified Square D Representatives for the Control System Plug-in Modules -- Delivery 90 days -- This procurement is being conducted under the NASA/MSFC MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy on April 16, 1993 -- Requests for copies of the RFO must be submitted in writing -- Transmission by facsimile to 205-544-9080 by Internet e-mail to gladys franklin@msfc.nasa.gov is acceptable -- RFO will be released on or about 15 days after publication in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) -- Firm date for receipt of offers will be stated in the RFO -- All responsible business sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency -- Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet -- The documents are in ASCII format and reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using client browsers, such as, MOSAIC -- The WWW address, or URL, of the MSFC Procurement home page is: ''http://procure.msfc.nasa.gov''.
