Campbell 914-938-5857. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer
capable of generating a high magnetic field of sufficient strength for
a 300 MHz proton transition. The instrument must be capable of
collecting Hydrogen, Carbon-13, Nitrogen-15, Fluorine-19, and
Phosphorus-31 NMR spectra. Spectrometer must be equipped for variable
temperature measurements and decoupling. NMR must be fully capable of
automatically running a variety of 2-D NMR techniques to include COSY,
NOESY, HETCOR, INEPT, INADEQUATE, and other widely used 2D-NMR
methods. System must include the data system and software integral to
all such systems. Software must provide user friendly menus to allow
cadets with minimal operating experience to run a variety of analyses.
The system must include the capability to download spectra to cadet
disks as well to other lab computers for incorporation into spreadsheet
analysis programs. The government's required delivery shall be 180 days
after contract award - F.O.B. destination. This requirement is
