The contract will have a base year and one(1) option year. If the option year is exercised, it will be under the same terms and conditions as the base contract. An economic price adjustment will apply after the first year.The item to be supplied under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of individual delivery orders. Delivery orders will be issued by and delivery will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution at Milan Michigan. Upon formal notice of the contract award, delivery for items after receipt of a order will be 30 days. Prices submitted will be FOB Destination to FCI Milan, MI. The item being procured: ANS-0003, 1''x1''x1/8'' Tx 78''L. HRPO, CQ, angle,hot rolled, low carbon, pickled and oiled to conform with AISA-C-1020. The surface shall be smooth and free from rust, pits, flakes, and loose scale. The surface of the material will be exposed in a painted condition and must present a smooth appearance. Also must be free of burns and sharp edges, cannot be bowed, warped or twisted. tolerance for the material is + 0 - 1/8''. All responsible bidders will be considered for award. This requirement will be a 100 percent small business set-aside procurment.
