Mallgrave, Contracting Officer The National Institute of Standards and Technology has a requirement for the design and characterization of a pulsed, monoenergetic, near- thermal ground-state oxygen-atom beam. This effort includes the measurement and analysis of near-threshold reactions of oxygen atoms with target molecules, demonstration of prototype measurements and performance, and submission of 12 written reports. The estimated period of performance is 12 months from award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. Requests for the solicitation should be in writing.
