It is the intention of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE) to purchase the Design, Development and Manufacture First Article Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS) from Northrop Grumman forthrop on a sole source basis. Additionally, 15 production OTPSs and Logistics Data will be purchased. NAWCADLKE proposes to negotiate a firm fixed price contract with Northrop/Grumman Corporation for Consolidation Automated Support System (CASS), Test Program Sets (TPSs). This requirement is to support the latest configuration of the E2-C Hawkeye avionics. The delivery is required two years from date of contract. (0101)
