Nanartowicz, HCP-30B, (202) 366-4247 The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to issue a request for proposal to purchase the installation of, and continued technical support of the FHWA Deep Foundations Load Test Database. The proposed work shall include the following: (1) design and implementation of a beta testing plan (2) evaluation of the testing results (3) modification of database tables and support programs as necessary (4) design of client/server environments for selected federal, regional and state geotechnical offices as well as universities (5) design and build alternate user interface applications to accommodate various operating systems (6) develop computer presentation packages for demonstration purposes (7) coding and data entry of load test data (8) develop and implement maintenance schedules and security plans. This is a Small Business Set-Aside procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FHWA.
