This procurement will be 2-Step acquisition, with both a technical and price competition step. The contract is for 1 Basic year followed by three 0ne- year Options. The contract competition is restricted to firms who have had a facility clearance within 12 months of award of subject contract. Contractor will be required to have proper licenses from all cognizant agencies for handling hazardous wastes, etc. Proposed contract is solicited under Full and Open Competition.
