Change the bid opening/response date to June 14, 1995 in lieu of January 31, 1995. A substantial Technical Data Package (TDP) is associated with this rebuild effort. Potential offerors desiring to receive this colicitation with it's TDP must submit a non-refundable fee of $1000.00 (one thousand dollars). Offerors who originally requested this solicitation, that are still interested, should submit a certified check payable to the U. S. Treasury as soon as possible. Requests submitted after the date of th is modification must include the $1000.00 non-refundalbe fee. Proposals will be accepted for evaluation only from those offerors that obtain the TDP.
