Q -- CONSULTANT TO PROVIDE ``ALCOHOL FREE'' AND ``DRUG FREE'' RESIDENTIAL, OUTPATIENT AFTERCARE COUNSELING AND ``DUAL DIAGNOSIS'' TREATMENT SERVICES AND/OR ALCOHOL FREE AND DRUG FREE PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING SOL CMM0975. The factors that the Authority will consider in evaluating proposals will include in relative order of importance, the following: (1) Proposer's knowledge of overall requirements; (2) Proposer's experience in relevant areas (numbers of years and clients); (3) Experience and qualifications of assigned personnel regarding addictions counseling as per the Scope of Work; (4) Proposed price for the work (labor, overhead and profit); (5) Adequacy and completeness of the proposal with regard to the work and all matters called for in the RFP inclusive of treatment facilities, accessible to Authority employees and demonstrative commitment in providing reliable statistical data; (6) Clinical experience, special licensing and/or certification for both the Consultants facility and assigned personnel as required per the Scope of Work. A pre-proposal Conference will be held on Thursday May 4, 1995 at 10:00 A.M. in Conference Rooms 5 & 6, 6th Floor, at 130 Livingston Street (at Boerum Place), Brooklyn, New York. Prospective proposers who desire to attend shall notify the Procurement Manager, John Hennessy, at (718) 694-4092, no later than noon on May 3, 1995. All inquiries must be received by the Authority, in writing, no later than close of business, May 11, 1995. All proposals are due no later than May 18, 1995. The Authority intends to select a proposer or proposers with which to enter into negotiations by May 31, 1995. The anticipated contract award date is July 1, 1995.
