The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 14 April 1995 to acquire a comprehensive alcohol/substance abuse program for the Urban Native American population in Denver, Colorado. This program will consist of the following two (2) components: (1) Outpatient and Aftercare treatments for adults, youths and families, (2) Prevention for Native Americans/Alaska Native adults, youths and families. This is a 100% Buy Indian Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act, 25 USC 47. Proposals will be sought from 100% Indian owned, operated and controlld sources only. Proposed contract award shall be for a base year with three (3) one year options. Proposal due date shall be 30 calendar days from date of RFP released.
