The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington has an unrestricted requirement for management support services to support the Naval Supply Systems Command. The required services include independent analysis, project management, and trouble-shooting in response to tasks involving the development and execution of assigned initiatives. The contractor's input will be used to make recommendations for use in improving planning,implementation, and feedback in support of cognizant program managers. The primary projects are in the areas of management retreats, supply councils, and conferences as well as other services to facilitate the management planning process. The contract is anticipated to be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee IDIQ for a base year and four (4), one (1) year options plus one (1) six (6) month option.
