Gratz, (409)639-8517 Work will consist of providing archeological survey of certain tracts of National Forests in Sabine, Jasper, Houston and Trinity Counties, Texas. The number of acres to be surveyed will be between 4000-5000 acres. Work will also call for archival and in-field inventory, evaluation of discovered sites for eligibility to the National Register of Historic Places, and submission of a report documenting survey results and recommendations. All aspects of this contract must be completed by July 1996. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
