The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7349. The requirement is for a base contract year with option to extend four additional 1-year periods. The acquisition will be accomplished using the ''Two Step Sealed Bidding'' method. A ''non-refundable'' charge of $75 will be required from firms requesting the solicitation package.
