S -- WATER SYSTEMS AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATION MAINTENANCE SOL R6-6-95-737. DUE 050895. POC Contracting Section, 503/666-0621. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain services necessary for the routine operation and maintenance of the following systems. Water treatment plant and distribution systems and collection systems at Timberlake/Ripplebrook and the wastewater pumping system at Indian Henry Campground on the Mt. Hood National Forest, Oregon. This Solicitation includes the operation and maintenance systems to comply with the State of Oregon and Federal regulations on water and wastewater system routine operation and maintenance, emergency call-back services, equipment replacement, repair system and supplies, spare parts inventory and haul and land application, Permits and Certifications, lime stabilization operation, lime purchase and sampling and testing. Services will be performed as needed seven (7) days a week for the contract period. Recommended contract time is one (1) year. Desired Start Work Date is July 1, 1995. See Numbered Note 1. (100)
