Powell, (202)535-8448, Contracting Officer, Arthur East, (202)523-3487 The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract for General Educational Development (GED) to General Educational Testing Service (GETS) to eligible inpatient and outpatient veterans in VA medical centers and domicillaries. These services will be for a base year and four option years. The GED testing Program is comprised of the following testing service: Annual Test Center Fee FY 1995 General Education Development Testing Service Contract; Test Answer Scoring/Reporting Booklet, Additional Score Reports, Quarterly Service Fee, Combining of Official Score Reports, Quarterly Statistical Data Reports, GED Test Batteries- English Before 9/30/95, GED Test Batteries - English After 9/30/95, Credentials Fees, Training Video and Mailing Labels. All responses must be made in writing and received in this office within fifteen (15) calendar days after initial publication of this notice. Written responses must include GSA contract number if applicable, pricing data, and technical information that would demonstrate a vendors bonafide ability to meet specific requirements.
