The U.S. Department of Energy intends to award a contract to George Washington University (GWU) for the development and implementation of a workshop to develop skills on how to approach a program/technology with an outreach perspective. GWU is in the process of becoming the only ``Green University'' in the United States. The University has made a commitment towards the development and outreach in respect to the goals outlined in President Clinton's Climate Change Action Plan. The workshop will be at 3 support office and 2 at headquarters in Washington, D.C. In addition, there will be an evaluation and recommendations for future improvements. The workshop will provide staff with skills to efficiently and successfully promote the action plans to their perspective stakeholders and customers. The contract will cover cost for labor, travel and overhead expenses. (100)
