This project consists of the design and construction of 116 Family Housing Units at Corry Field at the Naval Air Station, Pensacola, FL. The work will include the demolition and removal of airfield pavement and timber and providing site work, landscaping, paving, and utilities. The project also includes the design and construction of 76 two-bedroom units and 40 three bedroom units within a completely designed and integrated site plan, and incidental related work to provide a complete and usable facility. The method and procedures that the contractor will be selected will be the Most Advantageous Proposal (Best Value) to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Offerors will be evaluated on price and other non-price related criteria. Factors are as follows: (1) Revelent Project Experience, (2) Project Organization and Personnel, and (3) Building Design and Construction.
