This project consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services and performing all operations involved in sampling and testing soils for lead content, removing and disposing of lead-contaminated playground equipment, and the restoration of some portions of the playground areas including backfill,loaming, and seeding. If the soil tests positive for lead, there will be an option line item for the removal of lead-contaminated soil. Tentative Bid Opening is early June 1995.
