Delivery orders will be issued under the contract with a cumulative amount of not to exceed $120,000.00 ($60,000 Basic + 1 Option Yr). The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be available o/a 1 May 95 with a bid opening o/a 30 May 95. All requests for solicitation packages should be made in writing and no later than 14 days prior to bid opening. After such time, packages will be furnished if supply is available. It has been determined that the number of sets be limited to 2 (two) per firm (additional copies will be the responsiblity of the requestor). Firms must indicate in their requests if they are general, subcontractors or suppliers.
