Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to clean and inert approximately sixty-four thousand (64,000) feet of JP-8 distribution pipelines associated with the bulk storage and hydrant refueling system. Work includes but not limited to obtaining permits, empty and clean pipelines using Poly Swab Pigs propelled by nitrogen gas, and inert pipeline. Performance Period is 30 calendar days. This solicitation is a SDB Set-Aside potential. (100)
