The Naval Ordnance Station intends to procure twenty-five (25) motor and gearbox assemblies IAW NAVSEA Dwg. 6302726 Rev C. Assemblies are 115 VAC single phase 60 Hz, 4 Amp Max at start 1 amp max continuous at rated load, 3600 RPM synchronous, 3250 or 3450 RPM at rated load. The assembly also has environmental requirements. Period production testing will be required per dwg. note 12. The assembly at the rated load is defined as 400 inch pounds on the output shaft, output shaft speed of 2 RPM min., at 400 inch pounds external load, with RPM Max without externally applied load. Prospective offerors are advised that First Article requirements may be waived for contractors who have produced same or similar items in the past.
