Easterday 202-708-8234. 70- The U.S. Department of Education requires software packages to support Departmental employees with the grants negotiation and employee-relation work process. each software package shall include on-line reference documentation, computer based training modules, on-lines advisors to guide users through the work process, and diagnostic tools to assess software package usage and performance. The Department also requires corresponding sofware package maintenance/enhancements, maintenance training, and training to identify and assess other departmenta work processes to possibly apply electronic performance support systems. The contract period of performance shall be from date of award through twelve months from the date of award. RFP-95-026 shall be issued on or about April 26,1995. It is anticipated tht the closing date for receipt of proposals will be on or around May 31,1995. Request for copies of the RFP may be made by telephone, mail, telegram, or in person.
